ABOUT MEREDITH
After spending 15 years in the mortgage industry, I was ready for a new challenge. Having worked closely with realtors to guide buyers through the financing process, I gained invaluable experience in real estate transactions. In early 2024, I took the next step and obtained my real estate license, joining Paul to help grow our Charleston team. I love being on the front lines of real estate—helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest investments. With the unique advantage of being both a licensed realtor and mortgage loan officer, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the home-buying process, ensuring my clients feel confident every step of the way.
I grew up in Columbia, SC, and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations. Charleston has always felt like a second home—my grandparents lived on James Island, my father owns a home in Wild Dunes, and Paul and I even celebrated our wedding at Middleton Plantation. In 2020, we made the move to Charleston and settled on Daniel Island, where we’re raising our three children—Brady (13), Katelyn (11), and Molly (8). We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and I’m passionate about helping others discover why Charleston is such an incredible place to live and raise a family.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on the tennis courts, volunteering at my kids’ schools, or cheering them on from the sidelines at their sporting events.
