ABOUT MEREDITH

After working in the mortgage business for 15 years, I decided it was time for a change. I have been involved in countless real estate transactions on the mortgage end and learned a lot about the business by working with realtors to help facilitate getting their buyers to the closing table. At the beginning of 2024, I obtained my real estate license and joined Paul to help grow our Charleston team. Being on the front end of the real estate transaction and helping buyers and sellers navigate one of their biggest investments brings me great joy! I have a unique niche as I am a licensed realtor and mortgage loan officer, so I know firsthand what all it takes to purchase a new home.

I grew up in Columbia, SC and graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations. I spent a lot of time in Charleston growing up as my grandparents lived on James Island, and my father owns a home in Wild Dunes. We were also married in the Lowcountry and had our wedding reception at Middleton Plantation. Charleston has always held a special place in my heart which is why we decided to move here in 2020. We live on Daniel Island and have 3 kids, Brady (13), Katelyn (11), and Molly (8). We could not be happier with our decision to call Charleston home, and I look forward to helping more families relocate here and finding out just why Charleston is the best place to live and raise a family!

In my free time I enjoy playing tennis, volunteering at the kids’ schools, and watching my kids play sports.
